From Injury to Alignment: The Origin of Her Path
Cher’s journey into yoga began not in a studio, but through personal suffering. As a teenager, she endured multiple severe physical injuries—including a permanent spinal injury—that left her disconnected from her body. Her healing began in earnest when she moved to the island of Maui, Hawai‘i in 2007, where the sacred land and community opened her to the transformative path of yoga.
