What fabrics do you use?
We use Bamboo, Linen, Cotton, Tencel, Silk, and Blends. Some blends include a small amount of Lycra for added flexibility. We are actively working on partnering with an Eco Lab fabric creator to develop alternatives to Lycra while maintaining stretch and durability.
What if my item wears out?
Natural fabrics will naturally age over time. If your item experiences unexpected wear and tear despite proper care, please contact us. We may be able to repair or replace it for a minimal cost.
Do you keep items in stock?
We primarily operate on a made-to-order model. Some items may be available in stock, but most pieces are crafted upon order. We appreciate your patience as we create your unique piece.
How should I care for my True Nature clothing?
Our garments are made from natural fabrics and require gentle care to ensure longevity. We recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying to preserve the fibers and keep your clothing in the best condition. Avoid harsh detergents and high-heat drying, as these can weaken the fabrics over time.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Bali and Maui, with most orders shipping directly from Bali.
How long does shipping take?
Because our products are custom-made, production takes 1-2 weeks before shipping. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and can take 1-2 weeks for arrival.
